Authentic influencing
The term "influencing" sometimes sounds a bit manipulative, so "ethical" or "authentic" influencing is, in my opinion, more appropriate. After all, it is not without reason that attentive listening is an important element in this training, for to lead, you must first understand.
How and whom you influence depends on your role and context. I often provide this training to people in managerial, sales, or advisory positions. We cover various principles and strategies of influence, and together we discover your preferred style and areas where you can still grow. 'Influencing' is a real skill, so we primarily put it into practice by working with a training actor. This allows you to immediately experience the effect of your behavior and experiment with new methods.
