A place where you can truly be yourself, where you feel connected to others, and where you can do what you are good at. Sounds simple, but it is not always the reality in the workplace. I myself worked in a self-managing team for years. I experienced that both team performance and personal well-being are strongly linked to the dynamics within the team and the extent to which you can be authentically yourself.

In my guiding role, whether as a team coach or a trainer, I appeal to the self-organizing capacity of a team or individual, and (strengthening) connection is central. I am referring to connection with ourselves and our story, and/or connection with each other. With 10+ years of experience as a team and organizational consultant and as a NOBTRA-certified trainer, I quickly sense what is at play and can work from experience and intuition. In doing so, I also draw on my experience as an (improvisation) actor; working in the moment, using my voice, and helping others find their voice.
