Presenting with impact

Do you recognize this? You have prepared your story or presentation well, but at the crucial moment, it just doesn't come out right. Your voice feels a bit unnatural. The structure of your story isn't working quite right. And that one unexpected question completely throws you off your flow. Negative experiences surrounding presenting can lead to (mild forms of) presentation anxiety. Healthy tension then slowly turns into something heavy that can manifest as avoidance behavior. Annoying... but above all, a terrible shame. Because everyone's story deserves to be heard, and with simple techniques and skills, I believe that everyone can speak better, more authentically, or with more confidence.

 

My training sessions are therefore focused on recognizing and managing tension, as well as creating a compelling narrative. I worked as a consultant myself for 10 years, giving weekly presentations to clients. During that time, under the guidance of many trainers and experts, I discovered what worked well for me, and I now pass on that experience.
